カスタマーサポート部門の一員として、主に日系企業の対応全般をお任せします。
■日系顧客からのお問い合わせ対応、トラブル対応
■提案資料、見積書作成
■社内関係各所との調整業務
■本社からの出張者への対応
■新規プロジェクトが入った際の対応

■物流もしくは食品業界での経験をお持ちの方
■顧客との折衝経験をお持ちの方
