Job Description
Responsibilities
Oversee day‑to‑day activities on the production line, including tasks related to EMS operations.
Assemble and install electronic components, equipment, and related machinery used in the process.
Ensure all production steps meet quality requirements and comply with safety guidelines.
Support quality checks and report any issues or irregularities found during production.
Coordinate with engineering and logistics teams to keep workflow running smoothly.
Record production data and participate in process improvement activities.
Assist with equipment setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting when needed.
Maintain an organized and safe working environment within the production area.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or related fields.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing or EMS production
- Ability to follow work instructions and maintain accuracy in production tasks
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work in a start-up environment with flexibility
