仕事内容：
タイを起点に海外事業の展開を進め、海外拠点の立ち上げおよびグローバル展開を推進いただきます。
海外拠点立ち上げフェーズのアカウント営業として、以下業務をお任せします。
・タイにおける製造業顧客（主に日系企業）のアカウント営業
・主には日系企業の現地法人への技術提案や交渉調整業務
・新規アカウント開拓（紹介・展示会・代理店経由 等）
・現地代理店・パートナー企業との連携
・海外拠点立ち上げに伴う営業プロセス・運用フローの構築
・日本本社（開発・プロダクト・サポート部門）との連携
・タイ拠点の組織づくり、組織運営
応募資格：
【必要条件】
・製造現場向けのアカウント営業（FA機器／産業機械／設備・製造システム／ソリューション営業等）
・海外拠点立ち上げ、または海外事業立ち上げに関わった経験
・顧客課題に向き合い、粘り強く関係構築ができる方
・タイでの就業経験2年以上
【歓迎条件】
・タイでの営業経験
・タイ拠点における工場運営・管理
・製造現場に関する知見（生産管理／生産技術 等）
