Our client is a well-established and highly respected Japanese consulting firm, globally recognized for delivering strategic, operational, and transformation advisory services to multinational and Japanese corporate clients. Due to strong business growth in Thailand, they are looking to appoint a Japanese Speaking Consultant to join their expanding team.

Role Overview

As a Japanese Speaking Consultant, you will work closely with Japanese and international clients, providing consulting support across business strategy, operations, and project execution. You will also act as a key liaison between Japanese stakeholders and local teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Japanese corporate clients on consulting projects across various industries

• Conduct business analysis, market research, and data-driven insights

• Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations in Japanese and English

• Act as a communication bridge between Japanese clients and internal consulting teams

• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and project discussions

• Support project management activities to ensure timely delivery

Requirements

• Japanese language proficiency (Business level – JLPT N2/N1)

• Strong communication skills in English (working level)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields

• Experience in consulting, professional services, or corporate roles is preferred

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

• Open to Thai nationals or expatriates based in Thailand
