JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- サプライヤーとの価格交渉および支払条件の調整
- 年間契約交渉の推進（リベート・プロモーション契約などを含む）
- 新規商品の仕入れ・ソーシングと社内外との調整
- 新商品の価格設定や価格改定に伴う社内連携
- 商品仕様、Halal証明書、COAなど主要工場との必要書類管理
- 顧客からの品質指摘への対応、サプライヤーとの改善プロセス推進
- 商品サンプル依頼の管理および商品ポートフォリオ分析
- 売上・利益・市場性の分析を通じた商品戦略の強化
- ECプラットフォームの商品運用および関連施策の管理
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 食品業界における購買・調達業務の実務経験（3〜5年、特に直接購買の経験は尚可）
- サプライヤー選定・評価・交渉を包括的に行えるスキル
- 市場動向やソーシング戦略への理解
- 価格分析や総保有コストの算出など、数字に強い方
- Excelを中心とした分析ツールの活用スキル
- 社内外をつなぐ高いコミュニケーション能力
- サプライチェーンの課題に対し、迅速かつ柔軟に対応できる問題解決力
- ビジネスレベルの英語・日本語力
