本ポジションは、通信系サービスを支える大規模ITプラットフォームにおけるQAチームのリード役です。品質戦略策定、改善推進、プロジェクト管理を担い、プロダクト価値向上に貢献いただきます。

職務内容
- QAチームのリードとして、品質保証プロセス全体を統括
- チームおよび関連部署における改善ポイント（Kaizen）の発見・推進
- 品質戦略、テスト計画、リスク管理、進捗管理の策定・実行
- 各種QA成果物が基準を満たすよう品質管理
- プロジェクト状況・課題・ベストプラクティスの可視化と共有
- QAプロジェクトやコスト分析のための指標設計

- テスト戦略、テスト計画、スケジュール策定の経験
- チーム改善施策の立案・実行の経験
- WebサービスまたはBSS関連プロジェクトの経験
- アジャイル開発経験
- マルチベンダー管理の経験
- ISTQB FL 認定
- 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル
