As an MLOps Engineer, you will design, build, and operate scalable machine learning infrastructure for a global AI project involving Japan and Korea. You will be responsible for deploying ML models into production, building CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring stable and efficient operation of ML systems.

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for ML models
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain ML models in production
• Build scalable cloud-based ML infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
• Monitor model performance, data drift, and system reliability
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Software Engineers
• Improve performance, cost-efficiency, and automation of ML pipelines

• 機械学習モデル向けCI/CDパイプラインの設計・構築
• モデルの本番環境へのデプロイおよび運用・監視
• クラウド環境（AWS/Azure）でのスケーラブルな基盤構築
• モデル精度・データドリフト・システムの監視
• データサイエンティスト・エンジニアとの連携
• パイプラインの効率化・自動化・コスト最適化

EN

• 7+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or Data Engineering
• Hands-on experience with ML model deployment in production
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Business-level Korean (required)
• Japanese (N2 or above) and Business-level English

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS services (EKS, SageMaker, Step Functions)
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
• Knowledge of ML lifecycle tools (MLflow, Feast, etc.)
• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments
• Experience in model observability and performance optimization
• Leadership or mentoring experience

JP（日本語）

• MLOps、DevOps、またはデータエンジニアとしての実務経験（7年以上）
• 機械学習モデルの本番環境への導入・運用経験
• Pythonでの開発経験
• クラウド環境（AWSまたはAzure）の使用経験
• Docker、Kubernetesの利用経験
• CI/CDツール（Jenkins、GitLab CI等）の経験
• 韓国語（ビジネスレベル必須）
• 日本語（N2以上）および英語（ビジネスレベル）
