IT Director | ITディレクター

As IT Director, you will lead initiatives across the following three domains:

Information Security & IT Governance
• Define and execute group-wide information security strategy

Internal DX & IT Systems Development
• Strengthen IT infrastructure and collaboration across global offices
• Lead transformation initiatives using emerging technologies like generative AI

Internal IT Operations (with outsourced support)
• Set up IT helpdesk operations and manage IT assets (PCs, networks, etc.)
• Oversee account management and internal IT policy

Must - Have
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in security and IT systems
• Proven track record in leading IT implementations with strong stakeholder engagement
• Business-level English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking)
• Fluent-level Japanese proficiency or higher (at least N1 or above)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher

Nice-to-Have
• DX consulting or digital transformation experience in a business setting
• Experience in building and operating internal IT and security systems
• Experience integrating IT systems across global locations
• Vendor negotiation and management experience
