Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as HR point of contact for employees and managers
- Ensure compliance with Japan labour laws and regulations
- Execute HRIS tasks to support data integrity and compliance
- Manage contingent worker agency engagements and tracking
- Collaborate with global HR teams for seamless operations
- Provide bilingual HR support in Japanese and English

Qualifications:
- 3+ years HR experience in high-growth settings
- Understanding of Japan labour laws
- HRIS experience (Workday preferred)
- Native in Japanese and business level in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Experience with employee lifecycle management
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in a hybrid work environment
