Senior Accountant | Financial Reporting & Management シニアアカウンタント・財務報告と管理

製造業界のクライアント企業にて、グローバルシニアアカウンタントを募集しています。東京での勤務となり、主要な財務会計業務を担当していただきます。プロセス改善や地域・グローバルプロジェクトへの参加を通じて、多国籍環境での専門性を高める絶好の機会です。


主な業務内容：

- 月次・四半期決算業務の監督
- 法定報告用の年次調整仕訳の作成
- サーベンス・オクスリー法（SOX）レビューとテストの実施
- 子会社の会計および月次決算プロセスの管理
- 買掛金の銀行支払および社内取引の管理
- 業務プロセスの改善の特定と実施
- 事業部門への財務分析及び財務コンサルティングの提供
- 担当エリアの財務報告パッケージの作成

- Supervise monthly and quarterly financial closing activities
- Prepare year-end adjustment entries for statutory reporting
- Conduct SOX reviews and testing for internal controls
- Manage subsidiary accounting and monthly closing processes
- Oversee accounts payable bank payments and intercompany charges
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency
- Provide financial analysis and consultation to business units
- Prepare financial reporting packages for assigned areas


応募資格：

- 会計および/または財務分析の経験8年以上
- 日本語のネイティブレベルのスキル
- US GAAPおよび日本GAAPに関する深い知識
- ERPシステムの経験、特にSAPが望ましい
- ビジネスレベルの英語コミュニケーションスキル（会話及び文書）
- VLOOKUP、ピボットテーブル、SUMIFを含むExcelの高度なスキル
- Blacklineなどのクローズツールの経験があれば尚可
- 売掛金および固定資産の経験があれば尚可

- 8+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
- Native level Japanese language skills
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and Japanese GAAP
- Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred
- Business-level English communication skills
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and SUMIF
- Experience with close tools like Blackline is a plus
- Experience in Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets is preferred but not mandatory
