・クライアントのビジネス目標に基づくIT戦略立案やDX計画の構築
・M&AにおけるITDDの実行支援
・ITを活用した全社的BPRの構想作成支援
・システムやアプリの統合計画策定やアーキテクチャの設計と改善支援
・次世代のクラウド適用の構想作成や自動化された運用アーキテクチャの再構築支援
・セキュリティポリシーの策定、導入やセキュリティアセスメント、脆弱性評価
・各種プロジェクトにおけるPMO支援など
