Regional IT Business Partner 地域ITビジネスパートナー - North Asia & Philippines (15–16M JPY, 14 Days WFH, Flexible)



Our client, a leading global animal health company, is seeking a Regional IT Business Partner for North Asia & the Philippines, based in Tokyo. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage technology initiatives across Japan, South Korea, and the Philippines, providing significant regional exposure and ownership. Key Responsibilities:

- Consult with local business leaders on technology needs
- Manage escalations and align operations with global infrastructure
- Execute Technology & Digital projects in Japan, South Korea, Philippines
- Advocate for market requirements in global technology initiatives
- Manage local compliance processes and documentation
- Oversee ERP and CRM system implementations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project delivery
- Ensure strong adoption of technical capabilities in markets


Qualifications:

- Fluency in English and Japanese (mandatory)
- Experience with ERP (SAP) and CRM systems
- University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration
- Experience in project management and IT solution execution
- Experience in a commercial environment, preferably life-sciences
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
- Experience with digital marketing and e-commerce solutions
- Experience with data management and business intelligence solutions
