職務内容
- Active Directory／Windows／Microsoft 365 の日次運用・構成管理
- ERP・CRM・物流などの業務アプリケーションの運用サポート
- チケット対応を中心とした L1〜L2 のヘルプデスク業務
- TCP/IP に基づく基本的なネットワークトラブルシューティング
- グローバル・APAC 主導プロジェクトのサポートおよび運用改善

- AD / Windows / Microsoft 365 の運用経験（L2相当）
- ITサポート・ヘルプデスクの実務経験
- TCP/IP の基礎知識
- ネイティブレベルの日本語
- 英語での読み書きに抵抗がない方（メール・チャットレベル）
- 自律的に業務を進め、改善提案ができる方
- SaaSやアプリ運用、MDM、CCNA相当知識があれば歓迎
