シニアアカウンタントは、会社の財務・会計業務全般を担い、US GAAPおよび日本法規に準拠した正確かつ効率的な会計記録の維持をリードします。
マレーシアのグローバルシェアードサービスチームと連携しながら日次オペレーションを管理し、内部統制（SOX）、監査対応、税務申告など、法定・社内報告業務を幅広く担当いただきます。
グローバル環境での財務・会計分野のキャリアを築きながら、プロセス改善や業務効率化にも積極的に関わることができるポジションです。

Required Skills
【求めるスキル・知識・ご経験】
多国籍企業での実務経験（3年以上が望ましい）
US GAAPおよび日本基準、内部統制、SOX、税務（消費税含む）の知識
Excel・PowerPoint などのPCスキルに加え、SAP および OneStream／Hyperion などのレポーティングシステムの使用経験を有する方。
日本語・英語での実務コミュニケーションが可能で、会計・財務に関する内容のやり取りに抵抗のない方。
コミュニケーション能力、柔軟性、自己主導性
【語学力】
日本語 ： 流暢レベル以上
英語 ：ビジネスレベル以上
【あれば尚可／歓迎するスキル・知識・ご経験】
会計・財務に関する学士および専門資格保持者は尚可
