製品開発本部の薬理グループは、新製品の開発や市販後製品の特長づけを行う薬理研究の企画・実行を推進します。
当面は初期パイプライン創出のための業務を中心に実行し、その後、非臨床研究・開発の幅広い知見を積極的に習得し、将来的により幅広い業務を担っていただく。

・初期パイプラン創出活動
・薬理部門担当者としての開発プロジェクトへの参画
・LCM/GE製品開発に関わる薬理試験の計画/実行
・IND NDAに対応可能な資料作成
・新製品の特長づけのための薬理試験の計画/実行
・In vivo/vitro薬理試験法の開発

Required Skills
＜必要経験・スキル＞
・理系大学院修士課程修了
・製薬企業にて薬理系研究開発（in vivo、in vitro両方）に従事した経験がある（経験年数：2～5年くらい）
・英語力（TOEIC600点以上）読み書きに問題ないレベル
・高いコミュニケーションスキルをお持ちの方
・論理的思考能力・企画力・概念形成力の高い方
・科学的センスに自信がある方
