開発初期段階から量産段階に至るまで、当社の製品が日本の大手OEMおよびティアサプライヤーの高い品質基準を満たすよう尽力いただける方を募集しています。このポジションでは、グローバルなモレックスチームおよびサプライヤーと緊密に連携し、製品の品質向上に取り組んでいただきます。あらゆる段階を通じて品質を監督することで、お客様の満足度向上と品質リスクの低減に直接貢献していただきます。
業務内容：
1. AQP/APQP活動を主導
・ 製品開発から量産開始まで、品質計画（APQP）を推進する
・ 品質要件を定義し、管理計画、PFMEA、プロセス設計に統合する
2. 顧客品質サポート（Voice of Customer：顧客の声）
・ 自動車メーカーおよびティアサプライヤーとの品質連絡役を務める
・ 顧客の技術レビューおよび品質レビューに参加し、必要な仕様が社内で確実に適用されるようにする
3. 試作品および試作前生産の品質保証
・ サンプルの品質チェック、および顧客提出書類（PPAPなど）の作成を担当する
・ 世界中のMolex工場およびサプライヤーと連携し、不具合の根本原因を分析し、対策を策定する
