【業務内容】
車両サイバーセキュリティのガバナンスを担う人材として，以下のような業務を担当していただきます。
MFTBCにおける車両サイバーセキュリティ全般に関する責任
車両セキュリティリスクマネジメントの管理
車両に関するサイバーセキュリティ戦略の計画と構築
プロジェクトにおいてCSMS要求事項が満足されていることの確認
UN R155法規，及び社内規定の遵守と適合していることの確認
マネジメント，及び監査員に対する報告
監査員，官辺，及び社内関係者とのコミュニケーション
サイバーセキュリティリスクの承認・エスカレーション
CSMS管理チームとプロセスの設定と維持管理
すべてのサイバーセキュリティゴールと標準が満たされていることの確認
【部署の紹介】
開発本部は，これら，全世界に展開するトラックとバスの計画・設計・実験・認証を担っており，会社の中核部門の一つです。
テクニカルコンプライアンス・認証部は，開発本部において，開発に関するガバナンスの管理，機能安全・サイバーセキュリティーを含む開発品質の維持・改善，テクニカルコンプライアンスの確認，車両認証の取得を担当しています。
部門の人数は約40名で，川崎地区，喜連川研究所，及びインド・チェンナイに所在しています。
年齢は，30台の若手から60台のベテランまで揃っており，また，国籍や性別もバラエティに富んでおり，経験や技術の伝承，若い力の活用，様々な考え方の活用など，活気に満ちた部門です。
