・医薬品セグメントにおけるグローバルを含むリーガル及びコンプライアンスリスクの抽出・特定、リスク毎の対応方針の策定、体制の整備・運用
・契約書の作成、審査、交渉等
・製薬業界の関連法規・業界動向の情報収集
・会社機関業務サポート（取締役会や株主総会サポート等）
・法律相談対応
・事業スキームの検討
・各種法令対応推進（営業秘密、個人情報、下請法、贈収賄等を含む）
・研修の実施
・LegalTecの導入及び運用
・その他上記に関連する業務
※グローバルでの対応が求められるため、幅広い経験を積んでいただく想定

Required Skills

・マネジメント経験（あれば望ましい）
・製薬企業での業務経験（あれば望ましい）
・プロジェクトマネジメント、国際法務。M＆Aの経験（あれば望ましい）
