Finance Controllerとして経理・財務を中心に人事総務など幅広く担当いただきます。
【詳細な業務内容】
・年間予算、モニタリング、予測、分析
・オランダ本国への財務報告（P/L、B/S等）
・CEO（オランダ人）への月次レポートおよび臨時分析の提供
・輸入品と国内生産品の原価計算と差異分析
・月次および年次決算業務
・キャッシュフロー管理
・税理士との連携による財務諸表および税務申告書の作成 、内部監査（法定監査など）
・税務調査対応
・給与計算業務 （社会保険労務士との連携）
・オランダ本社ICTチームとの連携によるERPシステムのカスタマイズ・改善（適格請求書システム等）
・採用業務 など
