ベトナム工場の技術部門の責任者として、精密射出成形技術の高度化、金型管理、生産プロセスの最適化を統括していいただきます。
【業務内容】
・⾦型メーカーとの折衝
・製品試作、検証、顧客との精度・形状・品質等の仕様打合せ
・量産⽴上げまでの⾦型修正
・量産⾦型不具合改善
・人員管理・教育推進
・新規⾦型メーカーの開拓
・品質目標管理、計画と結果分析、改善活動
