• 社内システム上の取引データの確認・承認・修正
• 取引確認書の作成およびカウンターパーティとの調整・署名管理
• 受領請求書の検証および請求書発行業務
• 決済・請求差異の調査および原因分析、再発防止策の実行
• 電力市場取引およびOTC取引の決済業務全般
• 月次・四半期・年次決算サポート
• 業務効率化ツールの開発およびプロセス改善
• 市場ルール・規制要件への準拠確認
• トレーディング、リスク管理、財務、IT部門との連携

A growing energy and commodities broker in Tokyo is seeking an Operations Specialist to manage settlement operations related to electricity trading, OTC transactions, and associated financial products.

This role is critical to ensuring accurate and efficient execution of trade settlements across Japan's rapidly evolving power market. You will work closely with Trading, Risk, Finance, and IT teams while contributing to operational improvements and regulatory compliance in a dynamic energy trading environment.

• Verify, approve, and correct transaction data within internal systems
• Prepare and coordinate trade confirmations and manage counterparty signature processes
• Validate incoming invoices and prepare outgoing invoices
• Investigate and resolve settlement discrepancies, including root-cause analysis and prevention measures
• Execute settlement processes for power market and OTC transactions
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Develop tools and process improvements to enhance settlement efficiency
• Ensure compliance with market regulations and trading rules
• Collaborate closely with Trading, Risk Management, Finance, and IT teams

必須条件 経験・資格：

• FX、コモディティ、デリバティブ等の決済・クリアリング業務経験、またはそれに準ずる知識
• 決済・クリアリング、支払いに関する契約条項を理解・解釈できること
• Excel中上級（関数・データ分析など）
• 金融取引のライフサイクル管理に関わった経験

• 細部までミスなく、正確に業務を遂行できる注意力
• コミュニケーション能力
• 問題分析および解決能力

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：ビジネスレベル

• 電力市場やエネルギー関連オペレーション経験
• 日本の電力自由化市場に関する理解
• SQLがわかれば尚可

• Experience or strong understanding of settlement and clearing processes for FX, commodities, derivatives, or related financial instruments
• Ability to interpret contractual terms related to settlement, clearing, and payment structures
• Practical experience supporting financial transaction lifecycle management

• Strong Excel skills including data analysis functions (SQL knowledge is a plus)
• High attention to detail with strong commitment to data accuracy
• Analytical mindset with ability to resolve operational discrepancies
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments

• Japanese: Fluent level required
• English: Business-level proficiency required

• Experience in power markets, electricity trading, or energy-related operations
• Familiarity with Japan's liberalised energy market structure
