業務内容:
HRIS(Workday、SAP SuccessFactorsなど)の管理
米国、APAC、日本の労働法に準拠した運用
各地域オフィス間での人事オペレーションを円滑に進行
HRISデータ統合およびレポート作成の調整
地域オフィス向けの人事方針および手続きの策定
- Manage HRIS systems like Workday and SAP SuccessFactors
- Ensure compliance with US, APAC, and Japan labor laws
- Facilitate HR operations across US, APAC, and Japan offices
- Coordinate HRIS data integration and reporting
- Develop HR policies and procedures for regional offices
応募資格:
人事オペレーションでの8年以上の経験
HRISに関する経験
米国、APAC、日本の労働法に精通していること
日本語と英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力
Workday、SAP SuccessFactors、または同等のHRISの経験
- 8+ years of experience in HR operations
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Familiarity with US, APAC, and Japan labor laws
- Strong communication skills in English and Japanese
- Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS
