粘着剤の研究開発(量産化のプロセスを担っていただける方を募集しております)
・重合担当者と粘着剤レシピに関する計画、配合検討、物性評価の確認
・週次、月次の進捗確認及びレポーティング業務
・新技術、新製品開発支援
・ベトナム人研究者への技術指導
・量産化に向けたQCDの管理、検討
■求める経験・能力・資格等■
≪必須要件≫
・樹脂成型品を製造するための重合(アクリル、ウレタンなど)に関する実務経験および知識をお持ちの方
・アクリルポリマー(重合・ブレンド)を製造・開発できる方
・アクリルモノマー、重合開始剤、重合添加剤などの原材料への理解
≪歓迎要件≫
・英語のできる方

・ベトナムの文化を理解し、指導できる方
