プロセス管理・プロセス改善スペシャリスト
■職務内容■
コーティング工程（粘着剤塗工）の条件設定・工程管理・歩留まり改善
生産移管（Production Transfer）の計画・立上げサポート
コーター、乾燥炉、スリッターなど設備の条件最適化・保全指導
不良解析（塗りムラ、ブリスター等）と品質改善
作業標準化（SOP/WI）作成、現場教育・技術指導
材料・品質・生産各部門との連携、技術的な問題解決

≪必須要件≫
粘着テープ製造業界での豊富な経験
コーティング工程（粘着剤の塗工）に関する強いバックグラウンド
生産プロセス管理（生産移管）
設備管理およびプロセス改善の経験
