A leading BPO provider specializing in finance, accounting, banking, and tax services for multinational clients, with a strong focus on Japan-based subsidiaries are seeking a Global Services Senior Finance Consultant, a role that offers the opportunity to manage client relationships, oversee end-to-end finance operations across multiple countries, and ensure accurate, compliant service delivery. This position blends client communication, leadership, and project management with hands-on training in international finance processes, providing a clear pathway toward managerial growth.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on finance, accounting, banking, and tax matters.
• Review and ensure accuracy of financial reports, accounting entries, cash flow projections, and payment setups.
• Oversee the full finance cycle, ensuring compliance with accounting policies, standards, and local regulations.
• Guide and review the work of junior team members to ensure quality and statutory compliance.
• Lead and contribute to continuous improvement projects within the finance service team.
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure timely and accurate processing.
   

Key Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting/finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accountancy or equivalent qualification.
• Strong proficiency in English and Chinese characters.
• Solid skills in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
