Job Description
OVERVIEW
デジタルクリエイティブ領域を中心に、多様な業界のプロジェクトを手がける企業にて、デザイナーの募集です。単なる制作担当ではなく、大手クライアントのパートナーとして、企画・構想段階から関われることが大きな特徴です。ユーザー理解、サービス設計、ビジュアル開発まで一貫して携われるため、デザインの価値を広い視点で捉えながら、プロダクトやサービスの本質に踏み込んだクリエイティブを追求できます。
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- ユーザーリサーチを通じたユーザー理解の深化
- 新規サービスの構想への参加、提案やコンセプトメイキング
- ビジュアルデザイン・デザインシステム構築
- 実装確認・デザインシステムのアップデート
- 主要業務ツール：Photoshop/Illustorator/XD/Sketch/Figma
- その他周辺ツール：Blender/After Effects/Premire Pro/Animate/Lightroom
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- クライアントワークでのデザイナー実務経験2年以上 （※グラフィック・パッケージ・エディトリアル等のデジタル以外の経験も歓迎）
- 日本語および英語のビジネスコミュニケーションが可能な方
- 日本または日系企業での就労経験（歓迎）
