日系大手の旅行・ツーリズム関連企業にて、Operation Executive を募集します。日本式の高品質なサービス提供を大切にする環境の中で、ツアー運営を支えるポジションです。海外とのやりとりや日本語スキルを活かし、旅行企画が実際の体験へと形になるプロセスに深く関わる、やりがいの大きい仕事です。
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- 日本およびその他海外の現地オペレーターとの連携・調整
- ツアー行程管理
- 見積もり、提案書の作成
- 請求書、クレジットノート、バウチャー等の支払い関連処理
- 顧客対応およびツアーリーディング
- セールスチーム・サポートチームとの連携
- パワーポイント資料作成
- ツアーブリーフィング
- イベント管理・サポート業務
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 旅行業界でのオペレーション関連業務経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語・日本語力
- 日本への渡航経験のある方歓迎
- ツアーリーディングに対応可能な方
