- 事業・組織戦略に基づいた採用計画の立案および、担当ポジションのエンドツーエンド採用の推進
- 採用マネージャーや主要ステークホルダーとの連携を通じた、要件定義・採用戦略の策定およびアドバイザリー
- 採用プロセスの改善、候補者体験の向上、マーケット動向を踏まえた採用施策の企画・実行
- ５年程度以上の企業内での採用業務経験をお持ちの方
- 英語でのビジネスレベルの読み書き・コミュニケーションが可能な方（社内外での連携のため）
