PR/096751 | IT Automation & Infra Engineer

COMPANY OVERVIEW 
Our client is a global technology company that provides enterprise management software and advanced location‑based IT solutions to multinational, enterprise, and government customers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Develop automation scripts and pipelines to collect and report on infrastructure health (CPU, memory, uptime, patching, backups).

• Build scheduled tasks, cron jobs, and event‑driven workflows to eliminate manual reporting.

• Create dashboards and automated periodic reports for system performance, compliance, and SLA metrics.

• Integrate automation with tools like Grafana, Zabbix, Nagios, Datadog, SolarWinds, and AWS CloudWatch.

• Partner with IT Ops to convert manual processes into automated solutions and improve incident diagnostics.

• Support hybrid environments by integrating AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch) and on‑prem Windows/Linux systems.

• Maintain documentation for scripts, automation workflows, and reporting processes. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (a diploma may be considered with strong relevant experience).

• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash).

• Solid understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.

• Experience with monitoring/observability tools and infrastructure reporting.

• Familiarity with AWS services and ITSM platforms (JIRA/ServiceNow).

• Background in IT operations, system administration, or infrastructure support. 

• Plus if AWS certification, ITIL Foundation, or experience with CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, Ansible.
