Job Description

シンガポールCBD内に位置する日系製造機器メーカーが、営業事務ポジションを募集しています。

業務内容

１．営業事務（部品の問い合わせ・受発注）

・毎月約60件ほど、お客様からの部品に関するお問い合わせ対応（電話・メールなど）

・お客様の注文内容の確認、システムへの受発注入力

・見積書や請求書の作成、お客様への送付

・お客様からの納期や価格などの質問に対する回答

・必要に応じて、メーカーや仕入れ先への問い合わせと調整

２．貿易事務（製袋機の輸出入対応）

・年間約20台の製袋機の受注管理と出荷手配

・日本本社、中国（大連工場）、シンガポール、東南アジアの取引先と英語や日本語での連絡・調整

・船積み書類（インボイスやパッキングリスト等）の作成と管理

・L/C（信用状）取引のための必要な書類作成や銀行とのやり取り

・入金・出金の記録・確認、為替含む入出金管理

・海外・国内の在庫管理やデータ更新

３．その他

・備品管理や郵便物対応など、庶務全般の業務

・社内の書類整理、ファイリング、来客・電話応対など事務業務サポート

応募要件

・営業事務や貿易事務、一般事務などでの実務経験をお持ちの方

・複数の業務を同時並行でこなし、優先順位を自分でつけて動ける方

・明るく前向きで、社内外と円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる方

・基本的なパソコンスキル（Excel・Word）必須

・英語ビジネスレベル以上の語学力（社内外とのビジネス文書作成や電話／メール対応で必要なため）

・日本語ビジネスレベル以上の語学力（社内外とのビジネス文書作成や電話／メール対応で必要なため）

勤務条件・福利厚生

・就業時間：8:00AM-5:00 PM（月～金）

・在宅勤務：応相談（使用期間中は全日程出社）

・給与：4,000SGD前後（経験に応じて決定）
