Job Description
Lead and coordinate the definition and implementation of multiple projects or programs. Ensure they are aligned with the organization's overarching business strategy
Lead the different aspects of the project phases managing efficiently the constraints of cost, time and scope
Build the appropriate governance for each project, in strict respect of the Bank’s governance
Schedule, organize and facilitate meetings, including the monthly steering committee and reporting to sponsoring group
Act as a leader and ensure the efficient collaboration of the different actions involved in the program/project
Ensure communication flows within the project team, the stakeholders and vendors for project status and activities
Prioritize initiatives and resolve any conflicts to find the optimum business outcome. Influence and negotiate with technical and business stakeholders
Requirements
Studies in Business management, Finance, IT or a related field
Strong experience in project management or assimilated role within financial services industry
Very good understanding and knowledge of banking activities (Asset Services, Transaction Management and/or Fund Accounting)
Prince2 / PM / MSP or assimilated certification
Experience in Project Management methodologies like Waterfall or Kanban
Strong track record of success in project leadership positions
Strong communication, reporting and analytical skills with ability to manage Senior Stakeholders
Team spirit; enthusiasm and problem-solving attitude
Ability to drive project governance and to act as back-up of the head of department to drive Program board when required
Fluent in English and French is considered as an asset
Exposure and understanding of project environment and/or demand management with various methodologies (including Agile or distributed Agile)
MS Project or Project Management tools knowledge (e.g. Planisware Orchestra, JIRA, ServiceNow)
