このポジションは、投資家対応と物件運営管理を担うシニアポジションです。日本人投資家とのコミュニケーション、物件運営の統括、米国不動産取引サポートなど、クロスボーダーで活躍したい方に最適な役割です。
職務内容
日本人投資家向けの主要窓口として、物件運営状況や財務情報を報告
管理会社との調整（家賃交渉、メンテナンス、テナント対応など）
月次レポート・財務報告の確認
投資家の物件取得・売却サポート（契約書・開示書類・DD資料の確認含む）
弁護士、会計士、ブローカー、レンダーとの連携
本社とのクロスボーダーコミュニケーション（英日）
クライアントリレーション担当者の管理・指導
不動産取引に関わる書類管理、コンプライアンス確認（ライセンス必須業務）
応募資格
関連分野の学士号
カリフォルニア州不動産ライセンス
不動産・物件管理・クライアントサービスで5年以上の経験
英語・日本語のバイリンガル
レポート・財務情報のレビュー経験
契約書・デューデリ資料の確認経験
調整力・コミュニケーション能力
マルチタスク管理能力
勤務地 カリフォルニア州エルセグンド
FLSA区分 Exempt（残業代支給対象外）
給与 USD80,000-100,000
