POSITION SUMMARY
A growing organization is seeking a highly analytical Financial Analyst to play a key role in driving strategic decision‑making. This position partners closely with senior leadership, transforming financial data into actionable insights that shape the company’s future direction.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Build and manage advanced financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Forecasts, KPIs, FX, debt schedules)

• Perform short‑ and long‑term forecasting using data‑driven methods

• Conduct variance analysis and deliver recommendations to department leaders

• Partner with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Operations)

• Monitor cash flow cycles and working capital initiatives

• Prepare executive dashboards and quarterly reporting materials

• Identify opportunities for automation utilizing tools such as Power BI and Tableau

• Support risk management and internal control processes

• Lead or support projects focused on continuous improvement and business continuity

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics

• 2–4 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or accounting

• Advanced Excel skills (including Power Query); proficiency with ERP systems

• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statements

• Experience with data analytics (SQL, Power BI, Tableau)

• Ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights

• Strong adaptability and analytical reasoning skills

SALARY 　USD 87,000–$115,800
