職務内容
米国（主にダラス）で取得した不動産のアセットマネジメント
日本の投資家向け商品の企画・管理・レポーティング
クロスボーダー案件のプロジェクト管理
日本語での投資家コミュニケーション
現地チーム・外部パートナーとの協業
戦略立案から実務遂行までのハンズオン業務
応募資格
アセットマネジメント、またはプロジェクト管理の実務経験
日本語ネイティブレベル
英語ビジネスレベル
戦略から実務まで主体的に動ける方
スピード感をもって業務を推進できる方
勤務地 テキサス州ダラス（オンサイト勤務）
給与 USD100,000-140,000
