• エンタープライズ向けストレージ基盤の設計・構築・改善によるスケーラビリティ強化
• ストレージシステムの課題分析および長期的な技術改善の推進

A globally recognized technology organization is seeking a skilled Storage Engineer to support and enhance large-scale cloud infrastructure platforms used by millions of users every day.

In this role, you will design and improve resilient enterprise storage systems that power mission-critical services across multiple business domains. You will work closely with DevOps, SRE, and infrastructure teams, contributing to platform reliability, scalability, and long-term technical stability.

• Architect and improve enterprise-grade storage platforms to ensure scalability and reliability
• Identify system weaknesses and drive long-term infrastructure improvements
• Take ownership of technical decisions and ensure operational success of implemented solutions
• Support team development by mentoring engineers and refining workflows and standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex storage and infrastructure incidents efficiently
• Participate in on-call rotations to maintain service continuity and platform uptime
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to improve overall system resilience

必須条件経験・資格：

• システム設計またはインフラアーキテクチャ設計の実務経験
• モダンなプログラミング言語を用いた開発経験（言語不問）
• NetApp / Isilonなどのエンタープライズストレージ製品の運用・構築経験
• SRE / DevOpsモデルでの運用経験または理解
• 大規模環境でのクロスファンクショナルなチーム協業経験

• コミュニケーション能力
• ステークホルダーコーディネーション
• 主体性、自走性

• 日本語：日常会話レベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（目安：TOEIC800点）以上

• 大規模クラウド環境または社内クラウド基盤での業務経験
• 高可用性インフラ運用の経験
• エンジニア育成、技術リード、プロセス改善経験

• 大規模クラウド環境におけるストレージ設計・改善に携われる
• アーキテクチャ設計や技術判断に関与できる

• Experience designing system architecture or infrastructure architecture in enterprise environments
• Strong programming skills in at least one modern programming language
• Hands-on experience with enterprise storage solutions such as NetApp, Isilon, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of SRE or DevOps operating models
• Experience working in cross-functional engineering teams in a large-scale environment

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse engineering teams
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability for system outcomes
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term improvement

• Japanese: Conversational
• English: Fluent (Business-level, e.g., TOEIC 800+)

• Experience working in large-scale cloud environments or internal cloud platforms
• Background in high-availability infrastructure operations
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives
