外資系大手保険会社のITネットワーク領域のプログラムマネージャー（派遣）として、複数の大規模プロジェクトを横断的に統括していただきます。

IT戦略とビジネス目標を結びつける中核的な役割を担い、プログラム全体のガバナンス、予算管理、ステークホルダーマネジメントを通じて、エンタープライズレベルの成果創出をリードします。

• 事業戦略に沿ったプログラム全体のロードマップ策定および推進
• ステアリングコミッティ向け報告、リスク・課題・依存関係の管理を含むポートフォリオガバナンスの確立
• プログラム予算の管理・トラッキング、レポーティング
• 複数プロジェクト間でのリソース配分計画の作成・管理
• 経営層・主要ステークホルダーとの調整および外部ベンダーのマネジメント
• プログラム全体の成果・価値創出状況の可視化と報告
• プロジェクト間の依存関係の管理、チェンジマネジメントのリード

A global leader in the insurance and financial services sector is seeking a Haken Program Manager (Networks) to lead large-scale IT programs in Japan. This role sits at a strategic level, overseeing multiple complex projects, budgets, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. You will operate in a high-impact environment where enterprise IT governance, financial control, and strategic execution are critical to success.

• Define and drive the overall program roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy
• Establish and manage portfolio governance, including steering committee updates and risk management
• Own program-level budget management, financial tracking, and reporting
• Plan and execute portfolio-wide resource allocation across multiple projects
• Act as the primary liaison for senior stakeholders and manage external vendor performance
• Track benefits realization and report on program outcomes and value delivery
• Manage inter-project dependencies and lead change management initiatives

必須条件 経験・資格：

• IT／テクノロジー関連のプログラムマネジメント、またはプロジェクトマネジメント経験8年以上
• ポートフォリオ／プロジェクト管理ツール（例：Microsoft Project）の活用経験
• 社内チケット管理システム（例：ServiceNow）の使用経験
• 予算管理、コスト管理、財務報告の知識・経験
• ガバナンス構造、リスク管理、コンプライアンスに関する専門知識

• 8+ years of experience in IT or technical program / project management
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-project IT programs or portfolios
• Strong hands-on experience with portfolio and project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project)
• Solid background in budget ownership, financial planning, and reporting
• Experience working within structured governance, compliance, and risk frameworks

• High-level strategic communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong leadership across cross-functional and multi-project environments
• Advanced change management capability and adaptability
• Excellent organizational skills with a diplomatic, governance-driven mindset
