BSS（Business Support Systems）関連のソフトウェア開発において、QAチームのマネジメントと戦略策定を担当していただきます。

大規模通信システムにおけるQAリーダー経験を積めるポジションです。

• QAリードとして、BSSソフトウェア開発プロジェクトにおける品質管理およびチーム指導
• チームおよび関連部門と連携し、継続的改善の推進
• クロスファンクショナルな関係者との調整を通じたQA戦略、計画、課題解決の実施
• QA計画の立案から進捗管理、リスク特定、プロセス改善提案までのエンドツーエンド管理
• QA成果物が定められた品質基準・チーム標準を満たしていることの確認
• プロジェクト進捗、課題、業界ベストプラクティスに関する透明性の高いレポーティング
• QAプロジェクトの効果やコスト効率を評価するKPI・パフォーマンス指標の設計・活用

A leading mobile and telecommunications provider is seeking a Haken QA Lead to guide quality assurance initiatives for BSS software development in Japan. This role is ideal for a hands-on QA leader who thrives in innovative, fast-moving environments and is passionate about continuous improvement (Kaizen). You will lead QA strategy, mentor teams, and ensure high-quality delivery across complex telecom systems.

• Lead and mentor a QA team while overseeing BSS software development from a QA leadership perspective
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of quality and efficiency
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and managers to align on QA strategy, planning, and issue resolution
• Own end-to-end QA planning, including milestone tracking, risk identification, and process optimization
• Ensure all QA deliverables meet defined quality standards and benchmarks
• Provide transparent reporting on progress, challenges, and industry best practices
• Define and apply performance metrics to evaluate QA effectiveness and cost efficiency

必須条件 経験・資格：

• ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル全体におけるQA/品質管理経験3年以上
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験1年以上（できればIT環境においてQAリードとして）
• テスト戦略の設計、テスト計画の作成、テストスケジュール管理の実務経験
• プロセス改善を推進し、チームのスキル向上を支援した経験

• 顧客志向で物事を考える姿勢
• 関係者と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション能力

• 日本語：中級以上以上
• 英語：ビジネスレベル

• Agile環境におけるWebサービスまたはBSSアプリケーション開発支援経験
• ベンダーコントロールおよび複数ステークホルダーの同時管理経験
• ISTQB Foundation Level 資格

• 3+ years of experience in quality management across the software development lifecycle
• 1+ year of project management experience, ideally as a QA Lead in an IT environment
• Proven experience designing test strategies, creating test plans, and managing testing schedules
• Track record of driving process improvements and supporting team capability development

• Strong customer-oriented mindset
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Ability to lead, influence, and align stakeholders in a dynamic environment

• Japanese: Conversational to Business level
• English: Intermediate to Business level

• Experience supporting web services or BSS application development in Agile environments
• Strong vendor coordination skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification
