本ポジションは、大規模購買データを扱うデータドリブン企業にて、全社レベルのAI戦略立案と推進を担う役割です。AI活用テーマの設定からプロジェクト実行、チームマネジメントまで一気通貫でリードしていただきます。

職務内容
- 全社AI戦略の策定・推進、ロードマップ設計
- AI導入に伴う業務プロセス・意思決定フローの再設計
- AIプロジェクトの企画・要件定義・進行管理
- 経営層との調整・合意形成
- データサイエンスチームの育成・マネジメント
- 必要に応じた分析（機械学習、因果推論、時系列など）
条件・待遇
- 正社員／東京・ハイブリッド勤務
- 年収：経験により決定
- 勤務時間：9:00-17:30
- 年間休日128日以上
