職務内容
・技術標準、ナレッジ、ベストプラクティスを統合するIT CoEを構築し、全社のITリテラシー・AIリテラシー向上を推進
・AI オペレーションマネージャーなど、AIを一次対応・トリアージに活用する次世代型ITサポート体制の設計
・生成AI・クラウドネイティブ技術を前提としたエンタープライズアーキテクチャ（EA）の設計と技術ロードマップの策定
