- 自社製品・ソリューションに関する技術問い合わせへの対応
- 製品の使い方や導入シナリオに関する技術相談に同席し、要件整理と最適な運用提案を実施
- 製品テスト、デバッグ、技術的課題の調査・解決対応
- 顧客からのフィードバックや製品課題を整理し、開発チームへ共有
