「エンゲージメントマネージャーとして、Guidewire ClaimCenterプロジェクトの円滑な進行に責任を持ち、プロジェクト計画の管理、ITプログラムチームのリード、およびプロジェクトが期限内かつ予算内で完了することを確実にします。
職務内容および責任：
Guidewire ClaimCenterプロジェクトのシステム開発プロセス全体を監督する
ビジネスパートナーおよび共有サービスと連携してプロジェクト計画を策定および管理する
プロジェクト管理プロセスを適用してITプログラムチームを主導および管理する
プロジェクトの課題を解決し、リスクを管理する
プロジェクト会議を実施し、進捗を追跡する
ベンダーのパフォーマンスが契約仕様およびSLAを満たしていることを確保する
プロジェクトチームメンバーに技術的および分析的サポートを提供する

ベンダーとして日本の顧客向けプロジェクトを実施した経験が5年以上あること
顧客対応のオペレーションレベルのステークホルダーとやり取りした経験
プロジェクト管理の概念およびSDLC（システム開発ライフサイクル）手法に関する知識
顧客の課題を解決するためにローカルのデリバリーチームと協力して業務を進める能力
優れたコミュニケーションスキル
ネイティブレベルの日本語
歓迎する経験：
保険または金融サービス業界での経験
PMP認定およびAgile／Leanの経験
Guidewire Cloudの経験
言語要件：
日本語：ネイティブ
英語：あると望ましい（必須ではない）
その他の言語：中国語（できれば望ましい）
