本ポジションは、リウマチ領域を担当する営業組織のスキル向上を目的としたトレーニング計画の企画・実行を推進します。MR向け育成の専門家として、オンボーディングから現場支援まで幅広く関わり、パフォーマンス向上に貢献いただきます。

職務内容
- 新任MR向け研修の企画・実施（製品知識、セールススキル、CRM、コンプライアンス等）
- 現場同行でのスキル観察・コーチング・フィードバックの提供
- ブリーフィングや講演会の活動モニタリングおよび改善提案
- 支店長やDMとの協働による育成ニーズ分析、研修改善および教材更新
- トレーニングの成果評価（定量・定性）およびベストプラクティス共有
