• 債券決済業務の日次運用管理（正確性・期限遵守・規制対応）
• 決済フローにおける生産性向上、コスト効率化、業務プロセス改善の推進
• 新商品導入時のデューデリジェンス、業務設計、テスト調整、運用準備支援
• オペレーション課題のエスカレーション窓口として、社内外および海外拠点と連携し解決を主導
• オフショア運用チームの管理（ガバナンス会議、SLAモニタリング、パフォーマンスレビュー）
• 内部統制・監査対応・継続的改善を含むオペレーショナルリスク管理の強化

A leading global financial services firm is seeking an experienced Operations Settlement AVP to manage fixed income settlement operations in Tokyo. This role is central to ensuring accurate and timely settlement delivery while driving operational excellence, process optimization, and strong risk control across a complex securities business. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and offshore teams in a fast-moving investment banking environment.

• Manage daily fixed income settlement operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory and internal control standards.
• Lead process optimization initiatives, productivity reviews, and cost efficiency improvements across settlement workflows.
• Support new product launches through due diligence, workflow design, testing coordination, and operational readiness.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues, coordinating resolution with internal teams, clients, and overseas offices.
• Oversee offshore service delivery through governance meetings, SLA monitoring, performance reviews, and issue remediation.
• Drive operational risk management, including control reviews, issue management, audit support, and continuous process enhancement.

• 債券決済業務やバックオフィスオペレーションの実務経験
• 国債・外債・仕組債などのプロダクト知識
• リスク管理意識

• ステークホルダー管理能力、コミュニケーション力
• 変化の多い環境において、積極的に課題解決に取り組む姿勢

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：流暢（海外拠点との連携に必要）

• Hands-on experience in fixed income settlement and back-office operations.
• Strong knowledge of securities products including government bonds, foreign bonds, and structured instruments.
• Experience working in regulated financial services environments with strong control standards.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities across internal and external teams.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to resolve issues efficiently in a dynamic environment.

• Japanese: Fluent
• English: Fluent

• Exposure to offshore service delivery models or global operating structures.
• Experience supporting process transformation or operational improvement initiatives.
