Job Description
本ポジションは、住宅系不動産投資を行う企業のファイナンス機能をリードし、SPC関連会計・監査対応・税務管理を含む幅広い業務を統括いただく役割です。現在拡大フェーズのため、体制構築やプロセス改善にも積極的に携われます。

職務内容
- TMK/SPC関連の会計・税務・キャッシュマネジメント全般の統括
- 月次・四半期・年次決算（JGAAP/IFRS）の管理およびレビュー
- 外部会計事務所・税理士法人への指示、成果物の確認
- 監査対応のメイン窓口として調整業務をリード
- 予算策定・フォーキャスト作成および分析
- 内部統制、プロセス改善、システム導入などの企画・推進
- チームマネジメント

会計・財務領域で8年以上の経験
JGAAP/IFRSいずれかの実務経験
SPC/TMK関連業務の理解（経験者歓迎）
監査対応・税務申告に携わった経験
ネイティブレベルの日本語力（銀行書類・対外文書対応のため）
ビジネスレベルの英語力（社内コミュニケーションで使用）
CPA/JCPA/USCPA歓迎
