業務内容:

- 短期から長期にわたる事業計画と戦略の策定
- ビジネスモデル設計と実施
- パートナーと協力した市場サービス展開
- 市場分析によるビジネスポートフォリオの最適化
- 新規事業開発の推進
- ステークホルダーと協調したビジネスエコシステムの構築

- Develop short- to long-term business plans and strategies
- Formulate and implement business models and architectures
- Collaborate with partners to launch market services
- Optimize business portfolio through market analysis
- Lead new business development initiatives
- Coordinate with stakeholders to build business ecosystems


応募資格:

- 新規事業開発での4年以上の経験（必須）
- ビジネス概念化および実施での2年以上の経験
- 日本語と英語でのビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力（必須）
- 顧客やパートナーとの共同ソリューション開発経験
- プレゼンテーションおよび文書作成能力（PowerPoint使用）
- 自動車業界またはソフトウェア業界での経験があれば尚可
- サイバーセキュリティおよびクラウド技術に関する知識があれば尚可

- 4+ years in new business development (mandatory)
- 2+ years in business conceptualization and implementation
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (mandatory)
- Experience co-developing solutions with customers or partners
- Strong presentation and documentation skills (PowerPoint)
- Experience in automotive or software industries is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and cloud technologies is preferred but not mandatory
