Company and Job Overview
Our client is a global FMCG/Retail company. This role plays a key part in supporting new store opening in Vietnam.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct property and market research, including area analysis, store comparison, sales estimation, and P&L calculations.
Negotiate terms and conditions with property owners, discuss contracts, construction classifications, and competitor analysis.
Support new store opening through promotional activities, coordination with landlords, and media relations.
Support existing stores through SNS promotions and collaboration with internal departments.
Job Requirements
Having minimum 3 years of experience in retail real estate development or at a real estate company.
Having Japanese proficiency JLPT N3 or above.
Having intermediate English proficiency (TOEIC 600 or above).
Having Bachelor's degree or above ( High school graduates with 3+ years relevant experience may also apply)
