Position: Production Manager
Location: Amata City, Rayong
Total Package: Up to 90,000 THB/Month
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team at Chiba Metal, specializing in plastic injection molding operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with injection molding machines, including setup, operation, and maintenance. In addition, strong leadership and management skills are required to oversee a team of 10+ staff members, ensuring smooth production processes and high-quality output.
**Around 1 month staff will work in Thailand and will move to Japan to work and training for 6 months to 1 year.
- Operate and manage plastic injection molding machines.
- Perform machine setup, adjustments, and preventive maintenance.
- Supervise daily operations and production staff.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 10 or more employees.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Optimize production efficiency and troubleshoot technical issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with plastic injection molding machines.
- Strong technical knowledge of machine settings and maintenance.
- Leadership experience managing teams of 10+ staff.
- Can go to Japan 6 months - 1 year
