Our client an automotive parts manufacturing company. They are looking for a potential candidate who can fulfill their requirements as follows:

Position :                               Production Manager (Chemical)

Location :                              Chonburi

Working day :                      Mon – Fri, 1 Sat/Month 

Basic Salary:    Maximum 80,000 THB/Month + Other Allowance

• Responsibilities

• Develop and drive operational plans to achieve production and quality targets.
• Oversee chemical production processes to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with standards.
• Lead, coach, and support team members, including training and skill development.
• Manage departmental budget and allocate resources appropriately.
• Analyze issues and propose improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure all operations follow safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Prepare daily and monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry or related fields.
• At least 5 years of management experience in the chemical industry.
• Understanding of chemical production processes and quality control.
• Knowledge of Aluminium Anodizing is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team‑management skills.
• Good English communication skills
