Job Description

Secretary / Administrative & Executive Assistant

 

Location : Phuket

 

Salary : 20,000 - 30,000 THB/m.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general secretarial and administrative support

  • Prepare, format, and manage company documents and internal records

  • Draft, review, and maintain contracts with accuracy and precision

  • Work with company templates, including those created in Figma

  • Prepare commercial proposals based on approved layouts and structures

  • Create and update internal documents, forms, and reports

  • Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and tracking systems

  • Handle numerical data, perform calculations, and verify accuracy

  • Utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency, research, and document preparation

  • Conduct basic research, including information gathering, supplier search, and market analysis

  • Summarize, compare, and present structured information for management

  • Assist management with coordination, follow-ups, and task tracking

  • Coordinate documentation and communication with government authorities for solar system registrations and permits

  • Support the preparation and submission of documents for energy authority approvals

  • Monitor regulatory processes to ensure documentation is complete and submitted correctly

  • Support internal workflows and help organize daily operational processes

  • Follow instructions, templates, and internal guidelines carefully

 

Requirements

  • Thai nationality

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Confidence in working with documents, numbers, and structured data

  • Solid mathematical skills and ability to verify calculations

  • Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Figma

  • Interest in AI tools and digital productivity systems

  • Ability to work with templates and structured workflows

  • Fast learner with a strong drive for professional growth

  • Proactive, curious, and responsible mindset

  • Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills

  • Good communication and coordination abilities

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is an advantage

  • Experience with documentation or government procedures is a plus (but not required)

  • Previous experience in administrative, secretary, or assistant roles is a plus
