Description

• Take part in all phases of the project lifecycle from requirement gathering to implementation, maintenance and support

• Lead and supervise the development team, setting performance goals to improve technical competencies and development standards

• Collaborate closely with team leader in monitoring project status and escalating issues when necessary

• Oversee and ensure project status, including risks and issues and managing the development team's workload

• Identify and resolve issues promptly and effectively

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related

• 5+ years of work experiences in embedded software development including system design, system implementation and advanced c programming

• Proven in software team management

• Strong team management, project management and collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Good English speaking

• Japanese proficiency is preferred. (N3 or higher)
